Highly recommend CRS to anyone seeking a clean, safe space to practice. Location is great and Jeff/management team are great to work with - excited to continue renting there.

Great place for storage. Right in the heart of boston.

Great rehearsal studio for bands. Secure with freight elevators, dollies, AC in units, and affordably priced. The atmosphere and community inspires creativity.

Dennis was extremely polite and helpful and gave us a great deal on our rehersal space. Happy to have an elevator to load gear in and a room thats not freezing cold in the winter or super hot in the summer.

We’ve been renting spaces in the Boston area for 20 years, and have been in this building for over a decade,. This is the best we’ve come across, and it’s improved significantly over the last couple years under new ownership. Recently, we moved into a new space within the building, and Jeremiah was incredibly helpful, showing us multiple available rooms and making the sign-up process much easier. The rent is reasonable considering the location, people take care of their spaces, and the parking is a big plus.

Killer spot to skate. Looks good on film. Bring big soft wheels for these banks. Forget the navy yard. Skate the bank. I got 20 on a switch back 80 over the top rope and in. 50 on a fakie flip.

Tricky to find

Good place to practice

This place is a treasure

Just another group of greedies looking to profit off of Boston area artists until something more lucrative comes along. Not only are they kicking out all rehearsal tenants, but charged us late fees on rent made on time, and have given no timeline on return of security deposit. Disorganized and deceptive business practices.

DON'T GO HERE, THEY STOLE ALL OF MY EQUIPMENT! OVER 40K WORTH THEY JUST GOT AWAY WITH... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF IN THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED ALL OF YOUR STUFF TO THEM APPARENTLY.. THEY WONT EVEN LET YOU IN THE BUILDING TO GET YOUR STUFF BACK... THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! OTHER PEOPLE HAD SOME STUFF STOLEN ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS.

It's convenient, with parking, loading dock and elevator.

I love coming here to practice with my bands, hear and meet other musicians, as well as practice my drums on my own time 🙂

My band practices here. I love it.

Good 4 Rhymes.

Expensive rooms and can get really hot but access is great

Good facility

Love this place

Best practice space I've ever used. Good size room, just wish it was soundproofed. Safe, secure plenty of parking. Great place to play music.
